Downstairs, the Stanley St Merchants space features a produce driven, sustainable menu created by our award winning chef and all round nice guy Matt Stone. This is accompanied by beans roasted lovingly by Melbourne coffee baron St Ali, alongside an array of local beers and fresh juices.
Out the back, discover the hidden secrets of Uncle Sal's House of Cards and Amari, where in tiny quarters we showcase our favourite bitter medicine, combined with plates of shaved cured meats and pickles. Use the peep hole and daily changing password to gain entry.
Upstairs The East Sydney Distilling Co, will provide you with all the cocktails and elixirs you've been dreaming of, with a lean towards spirits created in Australia. Saddle up at the bar and escape to the warmth of this wood panelled throwback, inspired by the rum rebellion and turn of the century gin palaces.
